Why Whole Plant-Based Foods and Clean Eating?

Currently, 94% of the calories consumed by the typical American eating the standard American diet are empty, lacking any true nourishment whatsoever, with only 6% of calories coming from fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and seeds.  Natural has become unnatural. Whole, unprocessed plant-based foods

  • Foods with ingredients you aren't sure how to pronounce (foods made in lab)
  • Artificial foods (foods that have been genetically modified)
  • Foods laden with pesticides and herbicides

These include processed foods—packaged items full of preservatives — saturated fat, sugar, fructose corn syrup, sodium, and other unnatural chemicals. 
"If you want to really cleanse the body, you'll need to liberate, deactivate and eliminate the accumulated toxins. To do that, antioxidants, amino acids and fiber are required. After completing BEVEGAN® Boot Camp, you not only feel cleaner, lighter, refreshed and re-energized but you will be more mindful of the food choices that you make.  More plant-based foods, less processed foods. You will start to notice unhealthy fats and refined foods not because of the labels but how they make you feel since you have given your body a break. You will learn how to exit the "guilt game" with food and will even notice old cravings that are gone.

BEVEGAN® Boot Camp is self-paced with support from Kristin Wuhrman.  If you feel you would benefit from more one-on-One support, please take a look at the BEVEGAN® Plant-Based Health Coaching services. These programs are 100% customized and are available to clients both via web and in person if you are local.
